How did Reckless Driver start? Why is it so great? What do I do with it?
Reckless Driver started out as a small Unity game back in 2009 with inspiration from Microsoft's Midtown Madness.

With years of demos, development, sleepless nights, and coffee at 3 am to keep chugging along, Paul Lipovits created a modifiable game to continue the racing game genre's community.
When the project started, it was a small project, not much good art, the code was a bit convoluted, but the demos were fun and had a good following. 

But as years went by, better art, textures, and code all combined together to create a playable product that the community will love.
